Biography:

Marc Emden handles criminal defense, identity theft, and personal injury cases, representing individuals and corporations that have filed lawsuits or are being sued.

A native Washingtonian, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in behavioral and social sciences at the University of Maryland in College Park. He then earned a law degree from The American University in Washington, D.C. in 1981.

In addition to his law practice, he serves on several bar association committees. Before starting his own firm, he worked with the State’s Attorney’s Office where he gained vital knowledge of how prosecutors think and operate.

An attorney with a love of fitness, he climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2006.

Marc Emden has been featured in a variety of seminars and news publications and as a guest on various radio talk shows. He is often a key speaker at legal seminars.
