Well Respected Criminal Attorney Appointed Co-Chair

Rockville, MD – Marc Emden, a successful defense attorney practicing criminal law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, has been reappointed Co-Chair of the prestigious Criminal Law Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association.

“I’m very excited about this new appointment,” says Mr. Emden.  “I can’t wait to promote certain ideas and topics about which I feel passionate.

“I also love the opportunity to work with a number of great legal minds who have served this legal community for many, many years.”

Marc Emden has practiced law for more than 25 years, with expertise in the areas of personal injury, traffic and criminal law.  Mr. Emden is also a court-appointed mediator, serves on the Maryland State Bar Association’s Ethics Committee, and teaches law practice management to solo practitioners and partners of small law firms.
