Maryland Criminal and Civil Trial attorney Marc Emden represents clients in the District of Columbia, and throughout Maryland, including Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, and other areas in Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Howard County, Dorchester County, Washington County, and other counties in Maryland.
Marc was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, attended Northwood High School, graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in Government & Politics, and received his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law in 1981.
For over 30 years, Marc has handled civil and criminal cases in Maryland and DC. He has represented victims of identity theft, people injured in car accidents, and clients facing criminal charges ranging from driving on a suspended license to murder. Marc Emden is an avid outdoorsman. He graduated from Cody Lundin’s Outdoor Survival Course in Prescott, Arizona in 2013 and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 2006. He is a also a theater and comedy aficionado, and frequently performs improvisational comedy at the DC Improv and Washington Improv Theater.
